Introducing Elasprene® HP-45: High-Performance TPV for Demanding Automotive Applications
We are pleased to announce the release of Elasprene® HP-45, a new dynamically crosslinked PP/EPDM thermoplastic vulcanizate engineered for under-the-hood automotive seals with outstanding compression set performance at elevated temperatures.
The new Elasprene® HP-45 grade delivers a compression set of less than 20% after 72 hours at 150°C — meeting OEM requirements that previously required thermoset rubber.

Hardness: 48 Shore A
Tensile Strength: >7 MPa
Elongation at Break: >200%
Compression Set (150°C/72h): <20%
Chemical resistance: engine oils, coolants, brake fluids
